The standing table
Steak Night is where the Lyceum began: five friends at a steak dinner in February 2025, and a decision to make it a standing table. The tradition settled into the second Thursday of the month — always at Laurenzo's — and the table has grown from five to more than twenty.
There is nothing to prepare and nothing to perform. You show up, you eat well, and you leave knowing the men beside you a little better. Fraternity is built on routine — this is ours.
Symposium months are dark
In quarters with a Symposium, everyone gathers there instead of the monthly tables — no Steak Night that month.
