Hands-on service
Caritas is the old Latin word for love made practical — charity as an act, not a sentiment. Twice a year, the fellowship shows up somewhere in Houston where twenty pairs of hands genuinely matter.
This November we build with Habitat for Humanity, whose Houston builds put full volunteer crews to work on real home sites — a day of honest labor at the scale of our whole group.
And for the winter holidays, the cause belongs to the fellowship — the ballot is open on the Giving Back page.
