What we keep, and why

Last updated October 20, 2026.

Who we are

The Lyceum is a private social club in Houston. This site, lyceum.rsvp, is run by the club for its members and guests. Questions about anything here go to info@lyceum.rsvp.

What we collect

  • RSVPs: your name, how many you're bringing, and, if you give them, your email and phone number so we can reach you about the event. Your first name and last initial, with the day you RSVP'd, show on that event's page: in the list of who's coming and, afterward, who came.
  • Accounts: when you sign in with Google, Discord, or an emailed code (or Apple or Facebook, if we switch those on), we receive your email address and the name on that account. We use it to recognize you and to decide what you may see. We never receive your password.
  • The radio: the songs members put on in our Discord are listed on this site's radio pages, with the Discord name and picture of who put each one on and who reacted to it.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent anything about you.
  • We don't run advertising or ad tracking.
  • We don't share your details beyond the services that run the site, below, and the club's own organizers.

Who processes it for us

The site runs on Cloudflare; accounts and RSVPs are stored with Supabase; sign-in codes are emailed through Resend; the radio runs through Discord. Each keeps data only to do its job for us.

Your choices

Email info@lyceum.rsvp from the address you used and we'll show you what we have, correct it, or delete it, usually within a week. Signing in through Google or Discord can be undone on their side at any time by removing The Lyceum from your connected apps.
